AJL (Administrative Law Judge) Dispute Resolution
Amenity provides litigation support to Healthcare Attorneys and Relators acting in conjunction with Federal Law Enforcement Qui Tam cases. Amenity occasionally will support a healthcare fraud defense case if we believe the provider position to be strong and there is no Conflict of Interest. Scope includes SME input on investigations, record review, opinion reports, participation in settlement conferences and testimony relating to allegations of healthcare fraud.
